Student of UD wins international lawyer competition

From hundreds of law students, a student of the University of Debrecen has won the Baker McKenzie law firm competition.

For the second time this year, Baker McKenzie announced the “New Lawyer Challenge” in Hungary. The competition offers the next generation of lawyers the opportunity to experience the challenges of innovation through exciting tasks.

Competitors had to solve actual legal problems, using their knowledge, logic and creativity.

Róbert Nagy, student of the Faculty of Law of the University of Debrecen has won the first place. The second and the third places were won by two students of the Budapest Eötvös Loránd University, Dávid Szász and Dóra Kádár.
