On February 19th, at around 2:00 a.m., a car drifted into the tram stop in front of Harminckettesek tere 1 in Budapest, district VIII. and hit a 23-year-old woman who was waiting there. The victim died on the spot, police.hu reported.
The police website added that traffic on the section between Baross street and József street is diverted to the nearby streets. Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
