A fatal traffic accident occurred on March 4th, 2021, around 3 p.m., on the section of Highway 31 between Mende and Sülysáp.
A car – under conditions still unclear – switched to the left lane where it collided with a tractor. As a result of the accident, the driver of the car passed away on the scene.
During the scene investigation and rescue work, the police closed the entire section of the affected road, diverting the traffic towards Gyömrő and Úri.
