Geis Logistics to Move Into Logistics Park on Outskirts of Capital

Local News

German-owned Geis Logistics Hungary is to rent a custom-built 16,000sqm logistics facility in the CTPark Vecsés, an industrial park on the outskirts of Budapest, Dutch property developer CTP said. The new facility, which is yet to be built, will be used to store Knorr-Bremse brake systems.

CTP said Geis Logistics selected the park because of the strategic location and the property developer’s flexibility.
CTP announced plans to build the 80,000sqm logistic park in Vecsés in March. The first phase of the 60 million euro investment started early this year. CTP operates ten logistics parks with a combined area of 520,000sqm in Hungary. By 2022, it plans to expand that area to one million square metres.
