The 45th Flower Carnival starts on 15 August 2014 in Debrecen.
In the last 45 years, more than 500 flower carriages, thousands of Hungarian and foreign artists, millions of flowers and thousands of programs entertained the public.
This year, the Flower Carnival has a new itinerary, the carriages depart from the Railway Station towards the Great Church; from there, the march goes towards the Nagyerdő Stadium. The march will consist of 15 flower carriages.

- 20 August: Carnival march, Alma Együttes concert, Folklore Festival, Carnival Night at the Stadium, Fireworks
- 21 August: Display of the flower carriages
