Christmas bulbs with low-quality look and technical articles are examined by the Consumer Protection Authority. Larger stores and smaller shops also expect to be checked during the next couple of weeks.

Customers are encouraged to examine the goods before they pay for them.

Many people now look around, looking for family gifts. Among many discounted and price tempting stuff the quality considered to be the most important thing. Buying cheap products maybe cause problems later. Therefore the local consumer protection authority launched strict control operation before Christmas.

If you find poor quality or defective product please report it. The EU has steps against the dangerous products and withdrawn them from the market.

If you buy something and later turns out that is wrong always keep the receipt to be able to legitimate your complaint and have compensation.
